The CPU That Never Trained

NESformer compiles a full 6502 CPU into the weights of a DeltaNet-based model, letting it run NES games without any gradient descent. The trick is that DeltaNet's recurrent state can be engineered row-by-row to act as addressable memory — turning the SSM's own hidden state into a 2KB RAM that the CPU can read and write deterministically.
